Keeping Fit While Travelling

There’s a lot of people who love keeping fit and for some it’s an everyday ritual or routine they go by.

There’s no excuse

Where ever you end up there’s always something you can do to up keep your ritual/ routine.. Every spot you camp there’s potential for a work out! But in all honesty you must remember you are on holidays and give yourself a smaller workout!

For example when we go to Albany it’s my most favourite spot and usually we stay at the same place EMU BEACH and it’s a very short walk to the beach itself, so I like to get up early before everyone else, and take my shirt stroll to the beach, I take my camera and my coffee with me. I’ll find a comfy spot in the rocks and watch the sun come up and as it does I continue my walk along the sand. I try and keep a decent pace but occasionally get side tracked with the amazing things I find washed up. If I get to side tracked I make sure on my way back it’s a brisk walk. After all we are on holidays so there’s no pressure to exert myself.
